Okay I have been doing some art and have a schedule finally for myself so more art later, right now it's puppy time all the time. What we are learning, to come and sit and look up at me, our name ....hallelujah...she has a name, "Kona" as in coffee, go into the crate, sleep for a few hours and settle down, potty breaks and her own personal agenda to finally get Hanni to play and she is making a fair amount of progress.
tired after hopping around in front of to get him to play
being a good girl sitting and looking at me to get petted.
Day two if it's not obvious I'm so busy trying to get a schedule for the pup that I am going slow on the other stuff. Well, got more sleep last night, she still doesn't really like sleeping for 3 hours at a time but maybe that will pass. We are doing some basics in training and we are STILL trying to figure out a call name.
Well she arrived adorable and quite. But soon all that changed. It wasn't long before she was crying quite a bit in spite of the fact I was holding her the whole time. Things improved when we went to drop off Marcy and she got to play in the yard for a while. Back to the car and we pretty much spent her ride home crying, needless to say I didn't get much sleep. She did settle down and sleep about 2 1/2 hours at a time so I got sporadic sleep but sleep none the less. Today we are trying to get on a schedule and we have actually settled down much better. As soon as the gates are up I think things will be great so I'm not dogging her around. We have had a couple of accidents but lots of success out side so for half through day one we are on a roll. Nap time right now.....yes! I think it will be a little rocky for the next two weeks but it should smooth out. This was yesterday afternoon.
this is air cargo
outside struggling with the crate....I'm thinking this is an 8 week old puppy.....
Finished little red and finally back to the dogs. I noticed that my paint is flaking on the one piece so I'll have to sand the face. Sometimes the mold release coats the form and nothing will stick to it including paint.
