I'm starting another painting, this one is for me, is much larger, 30x44. Found an interesting tool for flattening my collage elements, a shower squeegee. After drying I then lightly coated collage with a matte spray to tame them some.
this painting is propped from the bottom so it is fairly flat and hangs off my drawing table at least a foot
upright to make sure it looks okay, so far I'm good
Mr Fox is mostly done this one will most likely be called The Performers: two's company three's a crowd, or something along those lines.
Saturday Diane and I went up to Boulder to The Rising Tide Tattoo Emporium, we were invited to have a show in the business and it was very impressive. Phil the owner was very professional and gracious. We are very excited about this opportunity, the show opening is Friday night 7-10 on February 22 and will run until April 14.
Also I have another circus show coming up in Evergreen with Kathy Beekman, Penny Bidwell, Dave Sieler, and Tim Flynn. That show runs from April 26 to May 23, it should be fun.
