Mr Pig is about as dry as I can get him with out turning him into a crispy critter. I think next is an alcohol dip to kill bacteria then maybe a salt cover to dry him out more without baking him, :) I'm flying blind here because I've never done this before so anyone with advice feel free to speak right up.
